Part of our firm’s Master Planning process is the development of a Project Budget. A Project Budget is different from a construction budget in that it includes a variety of costs that are an important part of getting a project from conception to completion. Failure to take these costs into account can result in a project being seriously underfunded.
This article does an excellent job of describing the various parts of the Project Budget. It is an important read if you are in the early stages of thinking about a new construction or renovation project. Give us a call if you want more specific information about your project. We’re here to help.
